- What types of skills do you NOT already have on-board that you’re looking to fill with a new hire?
- Can you describe an ideal employee?
- What is your organization’s policy on transfers to other cities?
- How will my leadership responsibilities and performance be measured? By whom?
- Could you describe your company’s management style and the type of employee who fits well with it?
So, don’t get caught at the end of the interview with no questions to ask. Come ready to ask things that will help decide if this position, company and culture will be right for you.
