A recent survey conducted by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (www.NACEWeb.org) found that although employer expect to hire 7% fewer college graduates next year, there will be fewer rescinded offers. The class of 2009 saw a 20% decrease in on campus recruiting and a 21% decrease in hiring. They also saw a 9% "take back" rate.
