Small start ups (and established as well) to track for open positions are Oasys, 349Q Inc,  Electrolytic Ozone, Clean Membranes in Cambridge. If you are looking for a small company the best way to research is starting with the Mass High Technology publication  as well as the Boston Business Journal.
